Booking runs through HotDoc, the system most Australian GPs and allied health clinics already use, embedded on the page rather than hidden behind a 'book now' link: pick the appointment type, the practitioner and a time, then finish on HotDoc with reminders and online cancellation handled for you. Bone white, black type, and a single electric blue used for exactly one thing at a time. No stock smiles: greyscale portraits, prices set as the biggest type on the screen, and a footer that is one large link.
